Organisation Elva Talent Ltd
Effective date September 2026
Review At least annually and when material changes occur
1. Statement
Elva Talent is committed to acting ethically and with integrity and does not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or other forms of modern slavery in its business or supply relationships.
2. Our business
Elva Talent provides permanent recruitment and executive search services within the consumer goods sector across the UK, Europe and the USA. As a small professional-services business, our direct modern-slavery risk is relatively limited, but we recognise that recruitment activity and global supply chains can create risks that require awareness.
3. Recruitment standards
We will not knowingly facilitate recruitment involving forced labour, trafficking or unlawful worker exploitation.
We will not charge candidates recruitment fees for securing permanent employment through Elva Talent.
We will seek clarification or decline to act where information gives reasonable cause for concern about
exploitation or unlawful practices.
We will treat candidate identity and right-to-work information appropriately where such checks are relevant.
4. Suppliers and clients
We expect organisations we work with to comply with applicable labour and anti-slavery laws. Where a material concern arises, we may seek further information, escalate the issue or cease the relationship where appropriate.
5. Reporting
Concerns about potential modern slavery connected with our business should be raised with the Director.
Genuine concerns will be considered seriously and handled appropriately.
6. Status of this document
This is a voluntary policy statement reflecting Elva Talent's standards. It should not be read as an assertion that Elva Talent is legally required to publish an annual modern slavery statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
7. Review
The policy will be reviewed periodically as the business grows and its risk profile changes.
